New Interviews with Stephen Lunsford & Bianca Lawson

Stephen Lunsford Ology.com spoke to Stephen Lunsford (Matt) while the show was shooting in Atlanta about joining the gang and working with the cast. The original article has major spoilers for those that haven’t seen this week’s episode, so beware!

OLOGY: So what’s it like being a part of the Teen Wolf phenomenon?

STEPHEN LUNSFORD: Well, it’s hilarious, because when I first saw posters and ads for it when it was the first season, I just thought it was a joke—I was like, “this has nothing to do with Michael J. Fox’s movie!” But then I saw some episodes and it was really good! So now I’m really happy to be a part of it. But it’s great. The other actors have been totally accommodating. Except for Colton [Haynes], who’s a complete dick. [Laughs] No, he’s great, he’s great.

What’s it been like working together?

We’ve actually competed multiple times for things, including The Gates, when it was down between the two of us. And he ended up getting it, so of course there’s a little animosity there. I kind of want to punch him sometimes, but it’s cool, it’s cool. I’m not really going to do that. I might get fired.

Bianca Lawson Next up, The Insider talked to Bianca Lawson (the mysterious Miss Morrell) about her impressive acting resume, and her character on Teen Wolf.

TheInsider.com: What attracted you to Teen Wolf?
Bianca Lawson: I think it’s a really great show. I love the supernatural aspect and the darkness. Morell’s got a lot of layers and a great mystery about her that will slowly reveal. One of the things I loved about her is that while she gets to interact with lots of people, but her approach and her energy is different with every person. In that way, it brings up a lot of questions about her: Is she an ally? An enemy? A frenemy? What’s her motive? You ride that fine line and until you get to the ultimate answer of who she is. And that’s fun to play and fun to watch.

Insider.com: And that ultimate answer comes this season?
Bianca: It’s not fully explained, but by the season finale certain elements of her will be resolved. There’s a lot of answers coming – but those open up a lot more questions. After I shot my last episode of the season, Jeff [Davis, creator] was like, “This is what I’ve been hiding from you the whole time!” I was excited.
